We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy on all purchases made from Nazara Diamonds. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned or exchanged on the basis of its current market value, with deductions towards making charges, taxes and Rs. 1,000 towards processing charges. If you received any discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable.

Determination of Value of Exchange

Category	Exchange Value
Diamond Jewellery	100% of gold value at current market value.
Loose Solitaires	100% of diamond value at current market value.

*Current market value will be determined on the date of return or exchange Note:

1. Exchange is not applicable on loose diamonds, baguettes, tapered diamonds.
2. Exchange is not applicable on polkis, pearls and colored stones.
3. Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for exchange.
4. Loss of certificate will result in additional charges of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat – whichever is higher.
5. In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the metal/ diamonds/stones/making charges value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price on the date of exchange and then exchange value will be calculated.

Shipping and Insurance

Shipping and Insurance of orders to the customer’s address is borne by Nazara. Reverse shipping is scheduled by Nazara and is covered in the processing charge of Rs. 1,000/- charged at the time of Return &Exchange.
